My favorite customer I activated 7 years ago reached out saying she needs to upgrade. This is her first phone purchase since I left the company. She was nervous going to someone new so I met her at the store to make sure she was comfortable. 💕💕 #AlwaysBleedMagenta

To everyone who has recently left or leaving T-Mobile, I promise you there’s a lot better opportunities out there. T-mobile isn’t the end all be all. You’ll end up with a better paying job, better benefits and most importantly a better work life balance. 🫶🏼
@RealMrKins I was a RAM on the corporate side. Call offs daily, long hours, huge expectations that changed constantly, outdated and laggy systems & tons of broken promises. I left in Nov 2021. There’s things I miss, but definitely time to go and spread my wings else where.
