@RealMrKins Direct management was a huge factor, but my opinion was it was trickling down from the higher ups.

@RealMrKins I was a RAM on the corporate side. Call offs daily, long hours, huge expectations that changed constantly, outdated and laggy systems & tons of broken promises. I left in Nov 2021. There’s things I miss, but definitely time to go and spread my wings else where.
