Videos from a concert held in Southampton on Saturday show egregious social distancing violations. I am appalled.
The Department of Health will conduct an investigation.
We have no tolerance for the illegal & reckless endangerment of public health.

I criticized and disagreed with Obama plenty. But watching this eulogy...damn, I miss him. I miss a President who can show emotion and lift our spirits, call to our better angels and remind us of what unites us as Americans. I miss a President who speaks in complete sentences.
The unfortunate reality is we are not ready for in-person classes. Health experts continue to share info advising we delay school reopenings. I commend Dr. Trujillo for taking an active stance and filing an exemption to delay the start of classes at #TUSD. https://t.co/hs6PJERzUd

We mourn with Kerry’s family during this extremely difficult time. He was an exceptional asset to our Volunteers in Policing and he was an incredible bagpiper.
Earlier this week, I joined fellow Mayors in condemning the deployment of federal agencies in several U.S. cities. Their presence has only served to escalate tensions and is a poor use of federal resources.
TESTING BACKLOG: SonoraQuest confirms to me that their testing backlog is 62K tests in Arizona. (pending test numbers).
Results are 9-12 days...
Can Arizona make timely decisions with that big of a backlog w/ just one lab.
It's not like opening schools is on the line....
To align with the vision laid out in the Arizona Department of Education’s "Roadmap to Reopening Schools" and ensure educator and student safety, I’ve asked Governor Ducey to include, at a minimum, the following priorities in his upcoming plans to support our school communities:
Sources telling @abc15’s Mark Phillips that @dougducey is open to pushing back the start of in-person learning, potentially past Labor Day. This, as we expect an announcement from the governor regarding schools tomorrow.
@1d6643c56607494 @Jeremy84727 @TONYxTWO@NYGovCuomo I can show n number of articles showing uses of wearing a mask. Would you believe it then? There is a reason doctors wear a mask. If you dont believe others atleast try to believe doctors. We are fighting a pandemic, we should not act recklessly.
@1d6643c56607494 @Jeremy84727 @TONYxTWO@NYGovCuomo I think they already asked politely, but none listening. By wearing mask you are protecting yourself and your closed ones. I dont know why people are thinking they are doing charity. People are dying and few still think wearing mask is a sign of oppression. What a joke.
