@Swansons I got Jimmy , a Chicago Hardy fig, from you guys at the end of last year. It wintered inside, and just started opening up. But, the leaves are curled and droopy. It’s gotten a bit of water, lives by a north-facing window + has a plant light. Is it okay?!?!? #heyswansons

@Swansons The plant i removed before this one had lots of little white bugs all over the roots, and this white powdery stuff all over the roots. I thought it might be the same problem.

@Swansons Help! This is the 2nd time my ground cover is dying this year (same kind of plant, planted in the same place, twice). It looks like something is eating the roots. I don’t see any bugs…but there were aphids early spring that I neem oiled. Are those jerks still there?

@Swansons My plant has these brown spots, And has had them for several months. It started on the younger leaves but now some of the more mature leaves have it. Is this some kind of fungus? Or just a carryover from winter? @heyswansons

@Swansons Yup, pretty sure it’s a Red Rhapsody hydrangea vine (definitely got it from you guys!) New leaves look great. I removed some other plants to give the vine a dedicated large planter. Roots aren’t root bound, but I added fresh new potting soil upon removal to add nutrients in.

@Swansons please help! My fabulous vine is getting yellow leaves :-( It was transplanted to a much bigger pot last year and was very happy. It receives monthly all-purpose organic fertilizer. Any ideas? #heyswansons

@Swansons It doesn’t look like overwatering was the problem. There is still a yellowing issue. It starts at the tip/edges of the leaves and then progressively gets yellower until the veins yellow too. It’s hitting the lowest/oldest leaves first. Perhaps magnesium deficiency?
