@Victorianplumb I would not recommend purchasing from Victorian plumbing, they sent our order with missing parts then said they would send the missing parts 5 weeks ago, said they sent them but to the wrong address - we are still without a complete bathroom!

@Victorianplumb It was then apparently delivered but to the wrong address, but this was a lie it was not delivered at all. And I still haven’t heard when we are going to receive it. The replacement order was made nearly 5 weeks ago! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY !

@Victorianplumb I don’t think you have any positive comments on your Twitter! No wonder given the extremely poor service which is provided. My partner ordered a bathroom suite which had a missing toilet seat and missing shower seal, we were then told a replacement toilet and seal would be sent..
