@Gatwick_Airport hi there, I’m parking at your long stay car park tomorrow morning at 3.30/4am and wanted to check how often the shuttle buses departed for the terminal at that time in the morning? Is it every 10-15 mins in off peak season too? Thank you!

@Se_Railway I missed my train to Hayes (Kent) last night because of overcrowding on the platforms at London Bridge. Would I be able to claim on Delay Repay as technically the trains were on time but the platforms were closed? Thank you!
@Jo_Hornby @bbc5live Hi Jo, I can relate to this. A friend hosted a Christmas gathering on Saturday and was the awkward one insisting we all do a test before meeting up! In my friendship group this is standard and if I had friends who aren't willing to do it, I'd 100% think twice about seeing them.

@Hermesparcels I have tried to claim a refund for a lost parcel for 3 weeks - online chat teams aren't listening to my problem, I have contacted them 5 times and had to reexplain every time and then they close the session before my problem is resolved. Can a real person pls help?
@AndyCleverCash @Hermesparcels I am having exactly the same problem with them and their customer service team on webchat are not interested in helping. They have now sent my parcel back to the 'sender' but to a name a location I have never heard of so I have no way of recovering it.
