@GOtransitLW Seriously, how long does it take to look into this? I tweeted you about it back in September and again last Saturday. Just send someone to unlock the station when the trains start running. I’m confused as to why this is so hard.

@GOtransitLW We did find one entrance with the doors open, but 1 out of 4 still aren’t great odds when you are trying to catch a train. If you aren’t going to unlock all the doors when the trains start running could you at least put up a sign as to which doors are open and how to get to them?

@GOtransitLW Not doing a great job of looking into it, as the doors were locked again this morning. I had to help a guy who was standing confused at the locked doors find his way down to the tracks so he wouldn’t miss his train.

@GOtransit I arrived at the station 15 minutes before my rain arrived, plenty of time had there been any indication of where to go to board it. Myself and another passenger are now going to be an hour late for work. Have I mentioned that this is UNACCEPTABLE!! 2/2
