1/3 Abysmal service still from @pandocruises
Dual cabin booking from cancelled cruise - requested refund for both Feb ‘22 - the lower payment refunded March 17th STILL waiting for the higher paid cabin.
Repeated phone calls, complaints and requests go unanswered.

3/3 Don’t worry a complaint has been made but that takes up to 28 DAYS to be responded to.
Right now - wouldn’t recommend. Shame because we always used to love @pandocruises
Final note - we booked this cruise when my youngest son was a baby. He’s FOUR next birthday.
2/3 Another hour of my life wasted calling to be told a refund will be requested and could take EIGHT weeks. Meanwhile @pandocruises continue to hold my money to ransom. Just what you need with a credit crunch.

Original request went in Feb for our two bookings. The smaller payment has been made but I am STILL waiting for any response FOUR months later for the larger balance
