I have an insect bite on my wrist where my watch usually is and it's made the area red and itchy so I put my watch on my other wrist but IT DOES NOT BELONG THERE AND I AM NOW HYPER AWARE OF IT ON THE WRONG WRIST

Today I'm having my big test: running the department for 7hrs by myself for the first time!
I've made it halfway through and have my break and ngl I think I've actually got this in the bag?

I sometimes pretend or act like I'm not bothered by stuff when the truth is I am. If someone around me is unhappy, or angry, or upset, then I feel it as well.
It's hard. And it takes me longer to pull myself out of it again.
