@verynetwork Just received the WORST customer service! Received a BBQ which is dented & has a crucial part missing. Spoke to 2 people (Seemed I was interrupting their day) who refused to help. 2nd one put me on hold mid conversation, I held for 15 mins thn hung up. Need a refund!
