@Amreen51239056 @simonmarkdaley@KatPaton13 Luckily our current batch of drs are good and will help us. If there are jobs from the ward round that either nurses or drs can do, we ask each other if we are busy at the time. Mainly cannula and taking blood. I'd never ask a Dr to put up some IV medication though!
@simonmarkdaley@KatPaton13 Totally agree with you there! Unfortunately not everyone goes into health care as caring as they should be but if the majority of us put the patients first then it may help with the whole situation?! [I'm hoping here!]
@simonmarkdaley@KatPaton13 I think staffing has a major impact on this! I hope for the sake of morale and patient experience and safety that nurses and Dr's all stick together and help each other out where they can! 🙂
@juliaisobela I wonder if this 'twitt' would say that to a HCP who had been diagnosed with cancer, or if they had a TIA/MI?!
It would (IMO) help make you a better Dr because you know the signs and how treatment helps! Just ignore all those that say you shouldn't be a Dr!!
