@huntlyfc Wow that’s brilliant!!

[Laura McNeil @LaurasStyleFile]

Only 7 school days left before Christmas, how much will it help spread the virus and ruin Christmas for a lot of families. Close schools early seems a good idea to me! #TheNine

[Laura McNeil @LaurasStyleFile]

@asda putting in the new checkout yourself tills in a small community is a sad move, there is no customer interaction anymore, just do it yourself. Big cities I understand but not small community stores #wrongmove

[Laura McNeil @LaurasStyleFile]

@Vicky_McClure What a brilliant episode, you guys are amazing! We laughed for ages after that quote by Ted! Perfect comedy timing. Can’t wait for the finale, no murders in the cells please!!

[Laura McNeil @LaurasStyleFile]

@blackice2008 @Vicky_McClure We laughed and laughed at his comment, his timing is brilliant, so well written.

[Laura McNeil @LaurasStyleFile]

@RhiKins @Vicky_McClure Comprehensive!

@ElimuAnn @ScottishPower I’m having to set aside a whole afternoon to wait for a 3 hour future time slot to then make myself available to sort out the issue, call back is mean to be in 15 mins not 2-3 hours!

[Laura McNeil @LaurasStyleFile]

@ScottishPower I’m trying to sort an issue again! I’ve been on hold for 45 mins, gave up, asked for a call back and was hung up on, made a complaint and still have no call back! I’ve requested a phone call for a reason. Surely you can’t quote Covid as the reason for poor service?

[Laura McNeil @LaurasStyleFile]

@profmarkreed Congratulations 🥳

[Laura McNeil @LaurasStyleFile]

@itvMLshow I wouldn’t give something to someone without the expectation of never having it back (this includes money), that way I’m never disappointed and it doesn’t effect the friendship.

[Laura McNeil @LaurasStyleFile]

I’ve had no reply, I’ve sent the details

[Laura McNeil @LaurasStyleFile]

@ScottishPower for the third month running have taken half my mother in laws pension for her heating without her permission. I was promised this wouldn’t happen this month after hours on the phone to customer services!! #shameful #pensioner #fuelpoverty #80yearsold #notright

[Laura McNeil @LaurasStyleFile]

@ScottishPower I’ve replied to @SP_EnergyPeople

[Laura McNeil @LaurasStyleFile]

@ScottishPower How do I message you privately? Thanks Sam

[Laura McNeil @LaurasStyleFile]

@GreenerScotland @strathearnrose And yet the local planning laws are stopping homes from improving their windows! One of the biggest contributors to environmental damage in the uk is loss of heat from homes. The size and scope of some conservation areas in small towns are rediculous!

[Laura McNeil @LaurasStyleFile]

@PaulWheelhouse will the new Green Incentives the UK government rolled out this week be rolled out in Scotland too with the Barnett formula? Specifically the grant for double glazing support for regular home owners.

[Laura McNeil @LaurasStyleFile]

@itvMLshow is the Uk green scheme for a £5000 grant towards double glazing for the whole of the uk or just England? I’m in Scotland and about to buy windows but this would be an amazing help.

[Laura McNeil @LaurasStyleFile]

@trafficscotland how long are the south bound delays at J12/13 M74?
