In 1996, Congress passed a law creating a special fast-track deportation process (“expedited removal”) for illegals who have been inside the US for 2 years or less. After adoption, it was never applied outside very limited circumstances. In 2004, the Bush Administration published a notice in the Federal Register limiting expedited removal (ER) to within 14 days and 100 miles of the border. In the first Trump Administration, DHS extended ER to the full statutory construction enacted by Congress — it was immediately blocked by a federal judge. The Biden Administration later formally restored the Bush policy. On the first full day in office, January 21, 2025, President Trump’s DHS again restored the long-unenforced statute, and was again blocked by a rogue judge. Today, the an appeals court has finally vacated that injunction. This ongoing saga is a tragically illustrative example of just how many forces are at work constantly, and over many years, to deny Americans their sovereignty.

All DOGE required was contact information of the recipients to confirm that funding was not fraudulent. No validated medical funding was stopped.

Anything that appeared to be legitimate lifesaving funding continued and is now administered by the State Department.

Dad gets called in. Expecting him to apologize, punish his son, and play the good little parent.

Instead the dad listens to his son:

“This kid was picking on me at recess. I asked him to stop. He didn’t.”

Then the dad turns to the principal and says what every father in America has been thinking:

“So you don’t even know what the bully was doing to my kid… but you’re suspending MY son for ending it?”

He looks at the bully kid and says:

“You gonna think twice before you bully my son again.”

Then he turns to his boy, gives him knuckles right there in the office in front of the principal, assistant principal, counselor, and nurse:

“Son, I’m proud of you. You ain’t suspended. You got a three-day vacation. It’s hunting season. Let’s go.”

Zero tolerance policies are a joke.

Today, under the leadership of @VP Vance and @DAGToddBlanche, we are announcing the 2026 National Health Care Fraud Takedown involving 455 defendants charged in connection with $6.5+ BILLION in alleged fraud.

One person arrested by @FBILosAngeles in the Central District of California was Jeannie Choi, 57, of Torrance.

She is charged along with two other defendants—Oren David Shachar, 59, of Van Nuys, and Abraham Shin, 66, of Corona—with a hospice fraud scheme that caused Medicare to pay nearly $27 million in fraudulent claims.

Shachar allegedly exploited deceased Medicare beneficiaries by collecting their personal health data and medical records through meetings with surviving relatives. He then directed staff to use those identities to create false, backdated hospice records claiming evaluations and terminal certifications that never occurred.

Shachar paid Choi and Shin between $1,000 and $3,000 for each deceased beneficiary fraudulently enrolled in hospice care.

Shachar and Shin have pleaded not guilty and have a trial scheduled for August 11. Choi is expected to make her initial appearance and be arraigned today in Los Angeles federal court.

Public health programs intended to help the elderly and sick are being undermined by fraudsters, threatening the financial stability of these programs for all Americans. We are committed to rooting out the rampant fraud that has plagued our institutions for too long.

The Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool got a $14 million paint job. Shortly thereafter the water turned green and the new “American flag blue” coating started peeling off the bottom in sheets. Trump says vandals did it. He claims, without evidence, that someone took a knife and cut a 300-foot slit, a number that grew to 350 feet while he was still talking.

Back on May 4, Trump bragged about that same coating and said, if you had a knife, you could not even cut it, so strong, like powerful rubber. He cannot have it both ways.

And the green water?

A George Mason scientist tested it and found ordinary, non-toxic algae, the kind that blooms in any shallow sunny pool. To fight it, crews dumped hydrogen peroxide into the water.

Hydrogen peroxide is also a paint stripper.

That, not sabotage or vandalism, is the obvious reason the paint came off. They wrecked their own paint job, then blamed phantom vandals for it.

The lone "vandal" they paraded is a 67-year-old Olympian who touched a flap of paint already peeling on its own.

Here is the thing. If they will look you in the eye and lie about something this small, something you can see with your own eyes, ask yourself what else they are lying to you about.

Again, you have a working brain. People like Karoline Leavitt are counting on you to stay loyal instead of exercising independent thought.
