@SkyUK Our tv box is broken, was advised to upgrade to Sky Q and paid for it. Excited to get started I have now been told it cannot be installed for 6 weeks. 6 weeks! Outrageous.

Been waiting over 2 weeks to get broadband sorted. Now on 6th date @SkyUK have given us for fixing it and still no end in sight or idea when we’ll be up and running and no compensation offered. Terrible service.
