@British_Airways @stevelaw56 I’m the same- you lost my baggage from LHR to DUB on Sat with no update since as saying you’re working quickly doesn’t suffice. How do I even know my stuff is still in England? Absolute disgrace of an airline. Please reply

@ap_roche @British_Airways It’s an absolute disgrace- I tried all day getting through and nothing. When I reported to swissport on sat eve they said it would be delivered Sunday between 5pm and 6pm but that was lies too…

@British_Airways please can you urgently help? I flew from LHR to DUB on Dec 18th and my baggage was not put on the plane, along with all other passengers. My baggage has been missing and delayed since. Absolute disgrace. Please can you update ASAP?
