Different pairings could have absolutely changed the outcome- this ISN'T a challenge that favors the uber buff.

Eva objectively performed the best, and none of the others were guaranteed to be there to complete the advantage after tribal, it's a separate thing. The crux of the issue is that it is for the challenge winner, not Eva specifically.
