@kweniaecolodge Thanks for your response, but honesty is best policy and deleting my grievances on your IG posts doesn't make the place any better. Deleting comments is shady and shows yous are on the wrong/hiding something. Very distasteful.

@kweniaecolodge Very disappointed guests here, no power in the tents, no petrol for the quadbikes when we wanted to ride, gun range not operating. We have come all the way from England to enjoy the Kwenia Lodge activities but none of these activities seem to work. Kindly advise!

@IreneRKC @MR_UMBWAKNI They drugged me with the same at Tamasha Club Eldoret then deleted cctv when they realised it was their staff. Mad shit led by the club owner, his cousin the manager & head of security. Case still on but all police have been hongwa now nothing happens. But some will happen!

The @British_Airways customer care is a total joke. Also I have been on call with a customer care lady only to be put on hold for almost 2 hours. 2 hours to change a ticket date? They already took my payments 50 minutes ago but no ticket and now I am on hold all this time. 🤦🏿‍♀️
