Updated adoption tax credit information for 2023:
For adoptions finalized in 2023 the maximum credit will be $15,950. If adoptive parents’ Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) is between than $239,230 and $279,230 for 2023, they will receive less than the maximum amount.
