March 1933 The Enabling Act becomes law in Germany, giving the chief executive power enforce his own laws without checks and balances. The passing of the Act marked the formal transition from democratic republic to totalitarian dictatorship. 6 months later, it was a 1 party state
“. . . that analysis ultimately is best left to the lower courts to perform in the first instance.” And there you go. With that one phrase, the Court sends it back to the trial court, thus ensuring that nothing will happen before the election.
So, the two examples of when a President is absolutely immune are when he pardon someone and when he fires someone. Sounds like they are setting him up for a self pardon and Project 2025.
Now that the initial celebration is over, I will say that the Trump verdict was a genuine triumph for the rule of law. Trump got plenty of kid glove treatment from the courts, but at the end of the day he's being held accountable just like anyone else would be.
Trump atty took 2 hours, Prosecutor took 5…long winded prosecutor took a page out of Marcia Clark’s playbook (she dragged out that trial for months and months with minutiae….) Boring the jury to death w/long closing (they might be hungry and tired) is not a good trial strategy but we will see what happens..

BREAKING: Donald Trump suffers a devastating loss as a federal judge hands a sweeping victory to former Trump campaign aide Jessica Denson and voids the 2016 campaign's nondisclosure agreement for being overly restrictive — freeing an additional 422 employees to speak as well.
But it gets even worse for Trump.
Denson was also awarded $450,000 in legal fees to her defense team and a $25,000 incentive fee for representing the class action.
Now, Denson and the 422 former employees can speak about their 2016 experiences without fear of legal reprisal because the judge ruled the NDAs was too restrictive and as such "“nvalid and unenforceable."
Denson had previously accused the Trump campaign of sexual discrimination and personally won a lawsuit focused on her personal NDA before expanding to target the entire campaign.
Given how nakedly criminal and predatory the Trump campaign was and is, there's no telling what these hundreds of employees may now reveal...
Please retweet and ❤️ to urge them to spill everything that they know — and consider joining the growing exodus to Tribel, a “woke” new Twitter competitor that is exploding in popularity because it banned Trump for life and because Elon Musk banned Tribel’s Twitter account — but he forgot to ban this link to download the new Tribel app: https://t.co/HnJzSKjCwX
NEW: @JessicaDenson07's victory to free herself from the 2016 Trump Campaign's illegal NDA now holds the force of law & applies to *all* signers.
This means no candidate for public office may hide critical info from the public behind overly broad NDAs. https://t.co/U8lCbyk8xt
