Comparison is the thief of joy....but we all do it.
In our first newsletter we share how we fall into the trap of chasing impact and the reframe we use to stop ourselves.

The positive impact of good mentors can't be underestimated. Mentors are often pivotal for those who are designing a fulfilling life. They can help build connection, open doors to possibility and be a safe space to share your whole self.
Mentors, never underestimate the power of telling someone you mentor that they are on track to achieving their goals.
It may be obvious to you, but far less clear to the person who you mentor, and your words can have impact in building confidence and sense of belonging.

The most important thing I never learned in law school is that lawyering is about relationships, not just doctrine. Yes, you need to know and understand the law. But we transform lives - including our own - through the kinship we create with others.
