I see that the ongoing commentary on the #Phalaphala ConCourt judgment is, for many, really about feelings and wishes.

But let us at least agree on one thing: High Court is not competent to interdict the implementation of the order of the ConCourt (order: the referral of the s89 independent panel report to an impeachment committee).

Breakdown of CEO's and CFO's remuneration at RAF for last 3 years. Totally outrageous when the RAF is in free fall. All South Africans have paid for these salaries and bonuses through the fuel levy. The performance bonus is a joke that is not funny.
