@CaratLane has one of the worst after sales service. The quality is getting bad now. A chain broke and this is the 3rd time it broke, at exact same area. It’s a shame to ask me to pay after the repair when the repair isn’t done properly. This is really bad from such a big brand

One of the biggest achievements of Narendra Modi and Ashwini Vaishnav is that the old vibe and memories of a railway station that me and gen would have from our childhood ie - dirty, smelly, unaccommodating, full of diesel smoke and with shit lying and smelling on tracks to clean and more accessible stations. We can debate of other stuff but railway station as an infra was much better managed post modi.

Same can go for timing of trains, from almost every train being late to that being a exception. In last 7-8 years i can only remember of 3 trains which were late. And I travel a lot esp solo.

Now time is to totally replace old stock with Vande Bharats and it’s versions. Track upgradation is good only.
