I am being defrauded by Jet Blue and Jet Blue is engaging in unlawful trade practices. I purchased refundable tickets to go to a legal seminar in November, but I had to cancel them a few weeks later. They now refuse to credit my card, and are saying I can only use their imposed credit for a future flights with Jet Blue. I am so angry because I know I purchased refundable tickets at an additional cost, not to have my money put in a Jet Blue future flight credit. Nothing in the paperwork I have says I have to book a future flight with them or that my tickets are non-refundable. I have essentially lost over a thousand dollars. This sounds like illegal Anti-Trust practices to me.
