@TexasPharmD @layscrispytaco The final delivered scan is just an estimate of when it will arrive, based on the final step in the sorting process. It is not uncommon for the piece to arrive another day or 2 after that delivered scan shows in your tracking.

@TexasPharmD @layscrispytaco Ebay standard envelope do not get the same type of scanning that other tracked items do because they don't contain a barcode. The "tracking" information is from the mail piece being processed by machines during it's journey along the way.
