@LaydenEdward
Just plain old common sense from a plain old common bloke.
If I follow you it is for something you said/liked publicly. No private messages will be answered.
@AlboMP Bullshit I bought houses during that time. Property prices stagnated in my area for twenty years. About four years ago they started to rise in an uncontrollable fashion. Funny that.
@S_GerardRennick@MariaLisa640569 Does he know anything about submarines, defence, large contracts between nations?
Doubt he knows anything about any of it.
Sounds about right for Labor.
No idea about anything but think they do.
@MurrayWatt Endlessly raising pay to try and keep up with rampant price increases is not sustainable. Laborβs approach is backwards. They keep spending, raising taxes and wages instead of getting these under control where it is sustainable.
If a political party leader promises something repeatedly during an election then once in power u turns and does it anyway should trigger a general election.
He knew he would never win the election if he ran on scrapping negative gearing and raising capital gains tax.
He was asked, in his own words, 50 times and said categorically no.
He purposefully lied misleading the people of Australia about their future under his Government.
@TMFScottP So riddle me this. If it is such a great move in the national interest why didn't;t he proudly proclaim he was going to do it during the election campaign? Instead of denying it and promising many times he wouldn't do either.
@skyeliner How is this a win?
Surely all the houses would have been snapped up by all the young people looking for houses.
If the aren't how has it helped them?
