I've said this a handful of times, but Twitch is the single worst company I have had to interface with as a third party developer in the last four years.
A few years back I was asked not to speak to Twitch devs directly and to filter everything through my account manager.

@NicoleDuCane Hi Nicole, after a lengthy debate internally we chose to take it down for the time being. We are not sure if / when it will return, but we are actively discussing it with Twitch.

We deployed a fixes that should have accounted for the problem. Our dev team would love to speak with you and debug the issue if you are still running into it though. It should have been repaired earlier this month.
