🎵 Suno capped downloads at 20 per month. You can upgrade to download 60 per month. And Internet explodes. People complaining they're unsubscribing and how Suno has gone bad.
Here's my perspective: I run 7 animated series, two music projects, and a horror comedy channel where I produce at least 3 videos per week. For all of these videos I need music like background scores or theme songs, or original songs. Out of these I download maybe 10-15 for my videos. The rest sits in my library where it belongs.
I do not understand who these people are that download over 200 songs and need more. Who are you people? What are you building? A streaming service for ants?
This change with Suno targets bad actors from downloading and dumping vast amounts and mass-exporting generated music to flood Spotify, YouTube Music, and streaming platforms with AI slop to farm royalties. That's who this targets, not creators who actually make things. Suno is still the undisputed king of the AI music platforms.
To you - the outrage merchants who yell: "I cancelled and will never be back!" - You will be back and you know it, I'll give you time by October. 😉

I’m SO PISSED about what @suno just pulled on us.

They suddenly change the ToS, and now, just because they fucking feel like it, I can only download 60 songs a month.

Excuse me? I signed up for the ANNUAL PLAN for a reason

@techhalla @suno I also signed up for an Annual subscription. I'm generating songs and show transitions for my content. Limiting downloads is not going to work for the content I'm creating. They are punishing their customers and for the sins of the slop

This new limit literally means that you can never download most of the songs you create!

Since you can not download them, you can't use them commercially either (apparently)!

You pay to create songs you can not use!!!

20 downloads per month is a total joke!!!

Will they charge users for more downloads?
Who owns the songs we don't download?

@suno please don't restrict downloads for pro and premium users. I'm currently generating stingers for live show and 12 downloads a month is only enough downloads for 3 segments of a 3 hour show.

@shunei_horohoro But they're all made in Vietnam. I guess I can see where that rules coming from. Sometimes TT and Hasbro have exclusive beyblade.

But does that really need to apply two pieces that have been released in both regions? We both have access to Rush
