I am not happy at all.. My brother sent this bale of clothes to my parents from China.

Before he sent it,he made sure that he packaged every single cloth in a separate packaging bag.

This is not thrift ,it came directly from their production company in China .

It got to onitsha last month, we paid for all the clearance last week before a friend went to pick it up from the Warehouse three days ago to waybill it that same day.

Before the friend waybill it, he took this picture and did some videos,sent it to us to confirm if it was the actual bale. Also to confirm if this was how my brother packed it..

My brother confirmed it ,we paid for the waybill and the driver promised that my parents will receive it that same day.

The driver was with my mom's number and also my number Incase she wasn't available when it arrives.

We waited for the arrival that day , called him after 6 hours but he didn't answer,we waited for his call but he didn't call till the next day which was two days ago.

We called again but he still didn't answer, we were worried may something has happened to him.
Then My dad called him with his own number and he answered.

My dad asked him about the goods,he told my dad to come to their office, my dad went there and was told that he just left with the goods.

My dad called him again,he picked up and asked him to come down to a certain junction. When my dad got there,he saw the goods on top of his business.

The driver came down and said he was about to take it back to onitsha since no one came in time to pick it. How Please? cause we called several times but he never answered..

Before my dad took the bale,he noticed that it has been opened and tied up again, he also noticed that it was not full ,some clothes are already missing from it..

He took it home and called us to confirm it, the bale has been opened and some clothes were missing too. Some clothes are not longer in their packaging bag too.

We called the man and he denied knowing anything about it. I honestly don't want to make case this year but it seemed like we're going to arrest him.

My dad has gone to their office yesterday and they told him the man didn't drop anything to indicate that he brought a waybill.

Which means, they didn't see it. I don't want to call out the name of the transportation we used for now.
Their manager have told my dad that once the man comes back to the office,he will call him. How can you steal from someone's market?

This is really bad,the manager is yet to call us. We have counted the clothes and it is no longer complete.

Each cloth is worth more than 8000 naira (wholesale prices)
