Offseason work continues 💪🥎 I’ve been working hard to continue getting stronger and gaining speed in the circle. At tonight’s lesson, we focused on driving my front knee up and out while dragging hard and fast with my back leg to create more momentum through my delivery. I had an incredible week at PGF Nationals in California. I am overly grateful for not only being able to compete with and against the best, but also for the amazing opportunity to START the PGF National Championship title game in the circle! My team performed well offensively and defensively all week. We may have came up short in the final game, but I will never forget this experience and how it made me feel. Grateful for a strong weekend in the circle. My teammates had my back and my coaches kept believing in me. Faced 48 batters in 11 innings pitched, finished with 7 strikeouts and only 2 earned runs. Got put into some tough situations but stayed locked in and was able to battle through and help my team.
