@Travel_Up my parent's flight has been cancelled from Doha to Gatwick on Sunday 22nd March! They've tried emailing you, no reply. They tried rebooking via @qatarairways but it's a @British_Airways flight. No one is assisting them and they are starting to panic about getting home!

@AutoEuropeUK just called Customer services AGAIN. And spoke to Luis AGAIN, as the online booking I made that was DECLINED BUT CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD still hasn't been refunded!!!! Surely your systems show what amounts you bill???? Charged twice and no refund. Furious.

@Auto_Europe so I booked a car hire for Sardinia and my online booking was declined. However, the charge went through and trying to get a refund has been the most painful experience. Wasting my time. I have sent proof in various forms many times and still nothing. Infuriating 😠
