People pay me for what I know about customer behaviour. I love travel, gin, food, family, friends, football, wine & laughter. All thoughts are my own...
@marksandspencer I am trying to return online order but website wants me to reset password but the link has not come through - I’m concerned I only have 1 day left to register the return and your cyber issues will prevent me returning within your return policy timeframe. Help!
@NETAPORTER gucci sunglasses reported faulty in December, refund finally offered by your company via email sent to me on 21st feb. Yet it’s the 5th March and no refund received and your customer service team are not acknowledging or answering my email. Poor customer service
@sainsburys just received my online order - today is 25th feb and you sent ham dated 19th February- utterly disgusting - it’s seemingly impossible to contact you to get a refund - shockingly poor service #customercomplaint
What a double act. As Prime Minister @RishiSunak takes business leaders for fools chancellor @Jeremy_Hunt is out this morning doing the same with the public. Falling inflation just means prices are rising more slowly than than they we’re before - it does not mean that price levels are actually falling - so it won’t immediately help hard up families
@sainsburys My 826357261 order due for delivery 11-12 sat 30th dec, no updates and no delivery - I was finally called at 6.30pm told order would now be delivered 31st between 10-11am but has still not been delivered yet and zero update today - this is outrageous
Theresa May - "The privileges committee report matters, this debate matters & this vote matters. They matter because they strike at the heart of the bond of trust & respect between the public & Parliament, that underpin the workings of this place & our democracy"
Theresa May urges MPs to back the privileges committee report which she says would be a “small but important step” to restoring public trust in Parliament.
Former PM says it is “doubly important” for Conservatives to be prepared to act “when one of our own is found wanting”.
Harriet Harman tells Jacob Rees Mogg that she offered to step aside if govt felt she was biased against Boris Johnson - but the offer was refused.
"That's a mic drop, Rees-Mogg!" one Labour MP exclaimed.
Everybody interested in truth, justice and the health of our democracy should simply look at the strength of the evidence in the Privileges Committee report. That's all that matters. Anything else is just noise and distraction.
Just heading into House of Commons for #PrivilegesCommittee debate. Any Tory MPs not turning up or abstaining in this debate - one which goes to the heart of defending democratic principles in this country - is guilty of not just cowardice, but
complicity in Johnson’s contempt.
We all owe the Privileges Committee “a debt of gratitude,” Leader of the House Penny Mordaunt says
She confirms she will be “voting to support” the committee’s recommendations

Happy to listen and learn.
Johnson may have left the building - but this remains a very raw issue with the public.
Happy to confirm I will be voting to SUPPORT the Privileges Committee Report today.
