The increase in IMF lending to Kenya since 2020 has been matched by a continuous increase in the number of program conditionalities: from 0 in the 2020 RCF to 41 in the latest version of the ECF/EFF/RFF arrangement. Historical average of conditionalities per IMF program is 33.
