After talking to both reps, no email from anyone so far, that was over a week ago. Poor customer service, and by the looks of the your page and other people’s complaints, looks like other customers are having issues that needs addressed. Do better
@FinishLineHelp I bought Nike socks for Christmas. Wanted to exchange them, store managers wouldn’t allow it. I had the receipt, same card I used to purchase the socks, and the original packaging. Called customer service two different times and talked to two different reps.
