Updates to the 2D Animation repo are now live! 🔥👀

What change:
-added the frame editor; manually remove or extract frames from the sprite sheet
-vertical alignment added scripts
-tools for manual cleanup of the vertical alignment added + a script for automatic cleanup attempt
-updates to image prompting helper geared to reduced grainy animation output
-updates to video model prompting helper
