Everyone should pay close attention to @magicblock, which is currently counting down to launch its presale.

About 4 months ago, the project @blockstranding $STRAND was officially backed and promoted by Magicblock. That support created trust and helped the project raise over 19,000 SOL from 4,400 investors. I personally lost 200 SOL in this garbage project.

After the fundraising was completed, everything went silent. No updates, no product, no accountability. Just complete disappearance.

Now, after 4 months of silence, the “parent” project Magicblock is preparing to launch another presale. In my opinion, this looks like a clear attempt to raise funds and run.

Based on my research, the team behind these projects appears to be connected to Vietnam, where crypto scam regulations are becoming stricter every day. I will continue to monitor this situation and hope to see this team face consequences — in prison.

Another project that is gaining attention but shows similar red flags is @Bappfun.

They appear to be using Yapper leaderboards to create FOMO ahead of a presale.
I am currently monitoring this project closely. It may follow a similar pattern, and the community should remain cautious.
