The Prime Minister's Office:
Israel and Syria agreed to a status quo in security matters, which Syria was on the verge of breaching by permitting Turkish troops to deploy at an airbase near Aleppo.
Israel repeatedly warned Syria that such a deployment would pose a threat to Israel's security. Syria chose to ignore these warnings.
Israel will not tolerate threats to its security, and would welcome a return to the status quo.
As a Jew observing Jews, this interaction is very easy to read.
The contentious opener, the hostile eye-to-eye, the nods of concession, and the eventual handshake with two evil smiles... This is the worst-case scenario if you're Russia or Iran. It's over.
💥Netanyahu's Likud has petitioned the Central Elections Committee to bar any Israeli citizen from hosting or abetting any Israelis arriving from abroad to vote. I am not joking.

This is actually worse than people are making it out to be. This is *reproducibility* not replicability, meaning they took the authors’ own data and redid the analysis. 0% of education papers even did their math right.
Insane. Apparently the Israeli government is looking at ways to reduce the number of flights to Israel during the upcoming elections to limit the number of Israelis that will be able to vote.
This is because many Israelis that live abroad (myself included) are planning to come to Israel to vote
Avigdor Lieberman in reaction to coalition law banning arrest of Haredi men evading military service:
“Who would have believed that it is easier to recruit fucking [Mahmoud] Ahmadinejad than the Haredim?"
🚨🇮🇱The Netanyahu coalition just passed in the Knesset a law that grants immunity from arrest to tens of thousands of ultra-Orthodox draft evaders. The immunity will be in effect at least until after the October election and shield the voters of Netanyahu's coalition partners
HORRIFIC: Hamas terrorists threatened displaced families in Gaza yesterday, warning them that they would be expelled from their tents if they took part in the protests. Anyone who participates will be kicked out of the camp.
These are families who have already lost their homes, their neighborhoods, and everything they owned. Now, Hamas is using the last shelter they have left as a tool of intimidation to silence them.
This is what Hamas calls "resistance": threatening displaced Palestinians with homelessness simply because they demand dignity, freedom, and the right to protest.
DOWN WITH HAMAS!
