John is the forth book of the New Testament if you have trouble finding it.

@DineshDSouza Perhaps the correct position on the doctrine of election is to be humble enough to acknowledge that our minds will never fully grasp the mind of God. Solid biblical texts support both positions and getting into heaven doesn’t require that we take a side.

A Calvanist pastor wouldn’t have an alter call . Man’s will is not free. It’s fallen. And it fell when Adam disobeyed God. God’s pursuit of his chosen people began when God covered Adams sin with a sacrifice. Perhaps you should have a debate with Doug Wilson or James White on this topic. It’s not that simple to dismiss the doctrine of election because you can’t rationalize it. With all due respect.
