@NickJFreitas Are you saying your party would still embrace Dick Cheney, Don Rumsfield, and Little Bush?
Just because we left the Left, doesn't mean we have to support the Right. We could just black pill and leave you all.
Thune probably needs to hear that message more than you though.
@dmalcolmcarson@KurtSchlichter Experience farming.
Intelligence gathering.
Testing and refining tactics.
Some of our people died. I don't want to minimize that, but we were far from an all-out effort to resolve this with only violence.
I would call this measured pressure to induce willingness to negotiate.
@KurtSchlichter Annihilate our enemy sounds fun but forcing them to become trade partners may bear more fruit.
If their trade deals require US approval it reduces our enemies influence over normie Iranians and builds financial roots that benefit us.
And we can always go back to bombing.
I've spent my career warning against regime change wars, nation-building, and endless military entanglements. The same voices now attacking Trump's Iran deal are the architects of every failed intervention of my lifetime.
This war must end. I stand with President Trump on peace.
Assuming this is true (and it may not be, both Zionists and the Retard Right have a vested interest in lying about what's happening), let's go through it point by point. Couple of disclaimers:
1) This is a MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING, not a final deal. A memorandum basically commits both sides to hammering out a final deal. Meaning the final deal will likely look very different.
2) Stop comparing this to the JCPOA. Not only was the JCPOA a glorified Democrat money laundering op, under its original provisions, the JCPOA would have expired last year, meaning a new deal would have been needed anyway.
Going through the points:
1) Standard agreement to end hostilities. No issue here.
2) Standard agreement to respect the other party's sovereignty. Again, not objectionable.
3) Explicit statement that this is not a final agreement and committing both parties to negotiate a final agreement within 60 days.
4) The U.S. agrees to end its Strait blockade and remove its forces from Iranian territory. Standard, no issue.
5) Iran commits to stop interfering with Strait traffic and to negotiate with Oman and other Gulf states on management of the Strait. Note that IRAN WILL NOT BE CHARGING TOLLS, nor will it be allowed to assert unilateral control of the Gulf, meaning the Retard Right has been proven wrong once again.
6) The U.S. commits to a $300 billion reconstruction and development plan with its regional allies. Note that there is nothing in here about the U.S. giving Iran money, unlike the JCPOA. The plan will entail corporate investment, meaning Iran tears up its contracts with Russia and China and accepts investment from the Gulf states and American corporations. Another win for America.
7) The U.S. agrees to end sanctions, a prerequisite for point 6. Iran gets something they want and if they're playing ball with the U.S., the sanctions are not necessary anymore.
8) Iran commits to denuclearization under IAEA oversight, but is allowed to continue nuclear development for civilian purposes. A win.
9) Mutual agreement that the nuclear issue will take priority in negotiations. Standard.
10) Mutual agreement of status quo ante bellum, with both sides maintaining things as they were before the war pending final agreement. Again, standard.
11) Iran is allowed to restart oil exports under U.S. supervision. Major win. No more sweetheart deals with China.
12) The U.S. unfreezes Iranian assets, but under a mutually agreed framework (i.e. Iran can only access and spend the funds on terms America agrees to). Major win.
13) The U.S. and Iran commit to an oversight mechanism to ensure the MOU and final deal are being adhered to by both sides. Meaning we are NOT simply handing them a bag of cash for them to spend as they please. Iran will be on a tight leash going forward. Another big win.
14) The final deal will be subject to a binding U.N. resolution. A good thing; it gets Russian and Chinese buy-in.
Overall, this is a pretty good deal. We basically threw Iran in the cuck cage. The MOU puts them on a path to being Venezuelized, ending them as a hostile presence in the Middle East and drawing them out of the Russian/Chinese orbit. And as Trump said, if they want to play games, we can always bomb them again.
@japan_nobunaga Fuel tax. Our fuel taxes suck, but they are lower than any other developed country besides Mexico. High energy costs are the key to spreading poverty.
@ClifLewis3 I know Trump mentioned making Juneteenth a federal holiday a few times, but Biden (or the auto pen?) signed it into law.
Is there something I'm missing?
@BrinkleyRv 4. How noticeable is the temperature holding difference with the double window option? Does the heat/AC run a lot less with the double window?
@BrinkleyRv 3. Could you tell me the height of the outside door handle from the ground? I know this isn't unique to Brinkley, just wondering if someone 4' 11" might need a step stool.
