The @onepeloton site says most delivery times are <2 weeks when really it's 2+ months. This misleading line is not only frustrating customers but creating unnecessary stress for support staff tackling multiple complaints.

@onepeloton been on the phone with 5 different customer service reps, bouncing between memberships and delivery for 1.5 hrs. deeply disappointed and haven't even received my bike yet. and of course, to cancel the order i have to be bounced to another rep 😖

@MaureenHalushak @KerryReads I don't have kids but I question how I'll maintain a career if I do. Sadly, many of my female coworkers are drowning w/demands at home - not only caring for kids but for aging/sick relatives too. Appreciate this article. It should not fall on women alone.
