There has been no communication from Mazerance with me for months now not even after the recent tweets about unpaid salaries. When are we getting paid @TheObiLeonard and @Mazerance? It’s been months already, give us a clear answer.
@TheObiLeonard said he was going to solve this issue right? I’m still waiting. I am talking with other Mazerance insider who is supposed to handle payments but since 5 months ago, all responses are “I will pay soon” or even “I’m sending a mail that will excite you”. Unbelievable.
Now we are talking about @TheObiLeonard again, as much as I am looking forward to the resolve of these concerns I raised, I discovered that Elvis left WhatsApp.
No one has reached out to me from @Mazerance to discuss the salaries owed to me.
I am hoping that this @Mazerance matter would get resolved. It’s 5 months already.

@TheObiLeonard@Mazerance But moving forward should not mean leaving behind the people who contributed their time, skills and work without being paid.
I have kept the relevant contracts, payment agreements, communications and evidence. This can still be resolved without further escalation.
@Mazerance
@TheObiLeonard@Mazerance What makes this particularly difficult to reconcile is seeing public statements celebrating the people who built Mazerance while former members of that same team are still waiting for compensation they are owed.
I genuinely hope Mazerance moves forward successfully.
Before celebrating leadership transitions, perhaps we should also talk about unfinished business.
What happens to the people who worked for @Mazerance , fulfilled their responsibilities, and were subsequently left waiting for compensation and salaries they were promised?
Interesting to read about the people who “made it possible” while some of those very people are still waiting to be paid salaries owed for over 4 months.
What happens when the promised deadline passes without payment, without meaningful communication, and the people affected are eventually told that the matter is no longer in your hands?
There are people who gave their time, skills and commitment to building this company who are still waiting for what they are owed.
So when I read public statements celebrating the people who “made it possible,” I can’t help but question how truthful that picture really is.
Some stories sound very different from the inside.
Elvis, This is not how to go about things.
You have spoken publicly about the people who dedicated their time, skills, and commitment to building the company. However, there are former members of that same team who are still in disputes over compensation for the work and time they have contributed.
For some of us, the story behind the public narrative looks very different. What started as a commitment to building something extraordinary together ultimately ended with the company refusing to compensate some team members who worked their asses off day and night to show what the public regards as great work today.
This is hard to reconcile with a story focused on valuing the people who made the company possible.
There is always more than one side to a story. When the time comes, I’ll let the evidence speak for itself.
Elvis, I sincerely hope the people impacted by these unresolved issues are not forgotten as Mazerance moves forward. @Mazerance
