With great sadness we share that our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother Jo Anne Crinklaw passed away on Sunday June 11th. She has been the heart of this family for more than 96 years and we will miss her dearly ❤️

After this weekend we will be open for two more days of the season: Saturday April 15th and Saturday April 22nd 10am-3pm
Part 3 - How we make our maple syrup 🍁 We heat up our finished syrup between 185 - 190 degrees for the bottling process. We bottle in plastic or glass bottles as needed for our retail store or wholesale orders. All of our glass bottles are labeled by hand. From tree to table!
Part 2 - How we make our maple syrup 🍁 The concentrated sap flows through our wood fired evaporator and finishing pan until it reaches the correct density. The finished syrup goes through a filter press and is hot packed into stainless steel barrels until we need to bottle it.
Part 1 - An inside look at our maple syrup making process! We start with tapping trees and then collecting the sap once it starts flowing. We haul the sap back to the sugarhouse and run it through a reverse osmosis before it goes into our evaporator and the real 🍁 magic happens!
