Dear @TeamYouTube
My channel was randomly erased on April 16th overnight without warning.
For the last 3 weeks I have gone through looped support saying the same thing "Spam," Without any concrete examples or explanation which is always followed up with "we need to keep our platform safe..."
I have been doing the same thing for 10 years? Which Community Guidelines did I break? Specifically what piece of content broke these?
Unfortunately I have yet to get a real answer.
For context, I am a freelance video editor whose career was built through this platform. Over the last decade, I grew my channel to more than 185,000 subscribers and over 500 million views. The work showcased on my channel helped me secure opportunities editing feature documentaries and official film marketing content. It was not simply a YouTube page; it was my business, my portfolio, and my livelihood.
@MarkHamill has even seen my Star Wars Modern Trailers and enjoyed them!
What is most alarming is the inability to speak with an actual human being. There is no meaningful escalation process, no transparent review, and no avenue to defend oneself against potentially erroneous automated moderation decisions.
To put this in perspective: it feels comparable to being accused of wrongdoing in court, yet never being told what the accusation actually is, while also being denied the ability to speak to anyone handling the case.
Please take another look @TeamYouTube

I no longer believe human reviewers exist at YouTube. Here’s why:
An old, inactive channel I hadn’t touched in years was flagged for “inauthentic content” in January. (“AI” didn’t even exist when I uploaded to that channel!) I deleted it because I no longer wanted or needed it.
As a direct result, all of my active channels were demonetized — not for any violation on those channels, but solely for “association” with the deleted one.
It’s now been 92 days. I’ve received zero human review, only repeated AI denials. The system now says my channels can’t be monetized until the deleted channel is “admitted” back into the YouTube Partner Program.
That’s impossible. A deleted channel cannot be reinstated or monetized.
This is a permanent block caused by a clear error. A human reviewer using basic common sense could fix this in minutes.
If human reviewers truly exist, please have one review my case.

@TeamYouTube I think it’s fine now, but it is concerning yall have absolutely no idea what’s going on regarding these issues, yall gave me multiple wrong answers through this whole situation. I don’t get how you can’t check account statuses when many peoples careers are linked to YouTube
@TeamYouTube It is tho. The brand account shows up when I look up all of the brand accounts created under my account, just not on yt.
BUT then a few days ago, it did show up on yt, but I couldn’t actually login. Would get an error, until yesterday. I can now login.
@TeamYouTube I recovered a brand account but it isnt connected to the actual channel... under brand accounts it says the brand account is limited youtube and doesnt allow me to manage users
I just want to thank the @GameGrumps for releasing another episode of #supermarketsimulator today. My Fiancé LOVES this series and it’s the thing she needs after months of studying 😭
