Cette réflexion m’est venue en observant le parcours du président actuel du CPT son excellence Edgar Leblanc. Ce même type était candidat pour une présidence provisoire en 2016 au départ de Michel Martelly. Et voilà qu’à force de persévérance, en 2024, il a finalement atteint son but : être président même de façon contournée, même par la petite porte. Peut importe. Tout comme notre ami Fritz Jean avec sa théorie de transition de rupture.
L’observation est la suivante : la classe politique haïtienne a su trouver une façon ingénieuse d’évoluer et de réussir. En ce sens, toute institution, tout organe , doit être provisoire, ( le Conseil électoral comme premier élément de la chaîne ) tout doit concourir à la transition qui ne finit pas. (Ex. Pierre Raymond Dumas.)
Comme cela, les politiciens pourront tous à un moment ou à un autre et en plein accord , trouver un moyen de tirer leur part du gâteau national. Il suffit donc pour cela d’œuvrer sans arrêt à l’instabilité du pays. Tout Moun ap jwen. !!!
A bien réfléchir,c’est un modèle innovant pour lequel Haïti pourrait prendre un brevet et exporter au monde entier. Le seul problème, c’est que les politiciens des autres pays aiment leur terre natale….
