Wow just got to @HeathrowAirport #Terminal2 & all the baggage belts arent working. Staff are having to manually collect bags & take them down to the sorting room/flights. HUGE piles of bags that have been gathering for 3 DAYS!. Likelyhood of my bags getting to my destination ....

Delayed @ Heathrow due to them making the genius decision to turn off the baggage system. 2 hours waiting to drop our bags off on the floor amongst hundreds of others - with little security. come on @HeathrowAirport you’re supposed to be world class
