That is a lot more charge for the enemy than the charge he lost. That‘s called feeding…

It’s so much better now because they removed the falloff which is a significant buff to his dmg + it lets him generate charge faster and there is no anti heal curse if you dont use your charge + his dagger buff

LW can genuinely only heal and his kit has no interactivity like heal, pull and throw a random flower repeat. Moira doesnt need aim, can decide to heal or dmg and thats it.
