Yesterday we had the great opportunity to meet Jenipher Wettaka at Fair Do's Cardifff, vice-chair of the farmers cooperative from Mt Elgon, Eastern Uganda, who produce the delicious Fairtrade Jenipher's Coffi. She is currently visiting the UK to speak at #COP26 Croeso Jenipher!
