@tribunaltweets It is clear that there was simply no place that SP was safe to have any form of conversation on the matter. It is an awful lesson for all of us; Work colleagues are not friends, even on a day off, while you are out at a non work related break away. How isolated she must have felt
@TheArtistJJ@tribunaltweets Nah. have an alt profile. There are just too many really harmful people watching these threads, and attacking the persons who have voiced an opinion. Jobs, incoming legal, you name it, they attack it.
@lagomsensei@tribunaltweets Yes, but also, it was agreed up front at the very beginning of the TH that SP's team would be using reality / biological sex based pronouns.
@tribunaltweets There was only one objection (that we know of), & the entire process stalled right there, based on the smear campaign, & shocking treatment of the complainant. The women were put in a position where they had to undress in front of a man without complaint, or they lost their jobs.
@McGammony@tribunaltweets The full matter will be transcribed. He will be able to able to refer back to audio recordings made for purpose of transcription, or typed out full record of audio recordings.
This #PrideMonth I want to remind everyone that gay, lesbian, and bisexual people do not need medical intervention. We don’t need puberty blockers. We don’t need cross-sex hormones. We don’t need so-called “gender-affirming care.” We don’t need binders, surgery, or the rewriting of basic facts.
We don’t ask you to ignore what you can see and hear.
We don’t ask you to lie for us.
All we ask is to be treated like everyone else. Our sexuality is honestly the least interesting thing about us. We just want to get on with our lives without forcing people to say things they don’t believe, and without expecting the world to rearrange itself around us.
That’s very different from what we’re seeing now with the +TQ
The gender identity movement is demanding total conformity. It’s not just about how someone wants to live—it’s about making everyone else validate that choice, or else be called a bigot.
People are being sacked, silenced, or even arrested for stating basic biological facts. That’s not progress. That’s coercion.
We are not the same, and we never have been.
LGB people fought to be accepted as we are—not to force others to pretend. We never needed special language, medical intervention, or legal threats. We asked for fairness, privacy, and dignity—not for a new ideology to be imposed on everyone else.
Because being gay, lesbian, or bisexual doesn’t require anyone to lie.
It doesn’t require anyone to play along.
It just requires the world to let us live in peace.

@tribunaltweets 6 weeks later. A court order, several requests, and yet, here we are 6 weeks later, waiting for Respondents 1 and 2 to provide the documents as ordered.
Along with the multitude of other irregular disciplinary behaviour patterns that we have seen, This one is the one that keeps bringing home how SP was absolutley blind sided by her "Team". It looks more and more like SP was invited to a "chat", not a *Disciplinary Hearing.
to be on hand though?
ED Correct
NC She thought an informal chat, but found you and AS. She asked if needed a rep and u said not this time but next time
ED Absolutely not
NC If u are right and offered her a chose. It isnt fair on her is it?
This is infuriating. SP had a prior history of SA by a doctor. She made every effort to be in a Female only changing room... she did not "put herself in that position" She had "that position" of a Born Male in a female only changing room *Forced on her!
ED - not unreasonable she would be upset. But there are other changing facilities, I wouldn't have put myself in that situation
NC - no reason yo shoudl have known about the assault. WOuldn't expect to know this about any of your nurses.
ED - no
NC - may be other nurses with
@tribunaltweets I need to understand if the minutes of *this interaction make it clear to SP that the meeting they were discussing was actually a disciplinary hearing. I sincerely doubt it. Because, she would have not been okay with being unrepresented. Not at all.
@IDD64@tribunaltweets The blatant double standard. SP may not voice her discomfort, as it would "Impose her views", and, may also not leave the area as it was percieved as "gender critical views". But DR is allowed to force collegues & co-workers to address him as female, and recognise him as female.
@tribunaltweets Do I understand correctly that (again) information has been deliberately excluded - only what DU perceived as "relevant" portions of the minutes were provided to SP and counsel? Also, were *All parties notified that the minutes had been altered after the meeting? 🧐
