In King of the Railway, when Gordon questioned if Henry might need special coal again, Toby says that problem was fixed years ago. We all know that this is referencing Flying Kipper, but we could just say that this is referring to his second overhaul.

We know that the reason Henry uses special coal in the HiT and nitrogen seasons of Thomas is because the writers used the writers bible, which states that he needs special coal. But I'd it possible to work these episodes into canon?

In season 15s "Henry's Happy Coal", Henry breaks down after he tried to operate using regular coal. I like to think that after the events of this episode, Henry had another overhaul that permanently resolved his steaming issues.
