11 years ago our petition, website & mission for women at the Tour de France went viral. @CNN was my first interview and our @LeTourEntier campaign snowballed internationally from there. (STAND has the full story 📚). 8 years of @LaCoursebyTDF morphed to 8-day @LeTourFemmes and this summer will be the 10th anniversary of officially having women back at Le Tour since the badass women rode in the 1980s. I don’t think I can explain how much I want @marianne_vos to win @LeTourFemmes. This pic is from 2012 when we filmed Vos for @HalfTheRoad, saying she wanted nothing more than to race TdF. Then we joined forces for @LeTourEntier. To see her in Yellow brings me a decade of joy. ❤️
