Oakham Surgery strikes again... The receptionist thinks it's OK to leave me without insulin over the weekend.. I'm only a type 2 diabetic that needs insulin...😡😡😡 absilute joke that place is... do they realise how serious that could be @NHSuk @NHSEngland @Shaun4WBW

I said OK so what do I do now then as I can't be without insulin for the weekend. I then said can I speak to a doctor then please and explain my situation and said no there are no slots left on anima.
This was about 2pm.
She said phone the hospital and ask them for a letter

Oakham Surgery strikes again and I want something done about this place
When I went to see a consultant on Tuesday he increased my insulin, the consultant was letting the surgery know. CONTINUED IN THREAD😡😡😡 @NHSuk @NHSEngland @Shaun4WBW

I said OK I requested this on Tuesday as I was told to increase my insulin by my consultant as my local hospital.
The receptionist said anyone can say that, I said well I can assure you it happened.
She said sorry I can't do anything

the receptionist was shocking and didn't want to know ... what happens to the duty of care to patients 😡😡😡
Please let me know what I need to do to raise a formal complaint and action to be taken

The man was lovely asked for some id and then prescribed and provided me 3 pens with insulin, why couldn't my own doctors do that.
So basically Oakham Surgery was going to leave a type 2 diabetic with no insulin over the weekend.. what can be done about it...

So last night, I waited for the doctors to shut, did an emergency prescription request on 111 and they said fetch it from tesco Dudley now...
So i went to the pharmacy and tesco Dudley and was seen by the pharmacist,
