At the @LeadLadiesNet Empowerment Forum. It's only the first discussion and I am so glad I came. @yawahq and Audrey Abaka of ABSA, have dropped so many gems. We are indeed Made for More.
As the year draws to a close, our thoughts turn gratefully to everyone who journeys with us. Without you, we couldn't have made strides towards our goal to amplify women's leadership efforts in Africa. Thank you for your support! As you reflect on 2020, what are you grateful for?
The year is ending and it's easy to get overwhelmed!
Here's a simple tip to keep you less stressed. Ask yourself:
What can I #Do? Simply, Act!
What can I #Defer? Get it done later.
What can I #Delete? Completely get rid of it.
What can I #Delegate? Get someone else to do it.

How about assigning one week to each activity? 6 weeks for 6 strategies. Share your thoughts with us!
We have only 6 weeks to end 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣0️⃣. Don't wait till December 31st to strategise!
Here are 6 key things you should do before the year ends:
1️⃣ Retreat - Take at least a day to be quiet and reflect on the year. What worked? What didn't work? How can you improve? (1/4)
4️⃣ Practise extreme generosity- How can you help someone who can't pay you back? It can be spending time, teaching them, or simply running an errand.
5️⃣ Release offences & offenders - Those who stepped on your toes countless times....let them go! Forgive them.
Between 1992 & 2019, only 13% of negotiators, 6% of mediators, & 6% of peace agreement signatories were women.
Women are continuously left out of peacebuilding processes that affect their lives, and the global community must address this.
